We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join ooblee. Your passion for data visualisation and analysis will be critical to your success in helping our team continually deliver new and innovative BI solutions. You will be working with cross-functional teams across operations and directly with executive management to guide business decisions through data.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Gathering business intelligence from a variety of sources including company data, industry and field reports, public information, or purchased sources
• Assessing market strategies by analyzing related products, markets, or trends.
• Using business intelligence data and tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers
• Analysing complex data to determine correlation and data integrity issues
• Identifying markets for future product development and methods to improve sales of existing products by analyzing technology trends
• Working with in-house team, business users, and software, to ensure reliability, scalability, and flexibility of BI solutions
• Setting up visualization tooling for all relevant stakeholders to have access to the data directly

What you should bring:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required
• Experience in delivering complex reporting and analysis from multiple data sources
• Proven experience working with data and analytics, including statistical knowledge
• An expert within the Tech ecosystem (Hubspot, Microsoft Suite, CRMs, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics)
• Experience presenting and interpreting content insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to tell a story using data
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, as well as attention to detail
• Good command of the English language
