As Country Manager for Germany, you will be responsible for:
⦁ Scaling: You will be responsible for leading the process of expansion into new cities and managing all operational responsibilities associated with the region.
⦁ Sales: You will be responsible for acquiring new shops and ensuring their smooth integration into the system. Additionally, you will focus on attracting and retaining end-users to strengthen our market position.
⦁ Marketing: You will be responsible for planning and conducting campaigns to increase brand awareness and strengthen our market position among end-users.
⦁ Team KPIs: You will lead the development and implementation of KPIs, ensuring that they are well understood and achieved within the team.
What we expect from you:
⦁ 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in a leadership position and in a startup environment.
⦁ Fluency in German and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
⦁ An above-average degree in a relevant field of study, such as business administration or marketing.
⦁ A solid understanding of online marketing, sales, and business development, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
⦁ A proven track record in negotiations and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, and customers.
⦁ Experience in analyzing financial data, creating budgets, and managing costs to achieve business objectives.
⦁ Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute a long-term vision for the e-commerce platform, including expansion into new markets.
⦁ Strong motivation for success and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
⦁ Proactivity, a desire to advance professionally, and a commitment to driving business growth independently.
